@XkeepinerlitX If you check the major soda brands they don’t even have sugar anymore, it’s all high-fructose corn syrup because it’s cheaper than making it with sugar. Either way you’re getting something highly processed and fake, it’s just that the diet one won’t make you gain weight because it doesn’t have any calories. A healthier thing to replace soda with would probably be unsweetened iced tea, since it is more natural and won’t make you bloated the way soda can.
I might have to break out my DDR mat and try playing with my heart rate monitor on to see how many calories I burn. I hadn’t really thought of it as possible exercise. 2,000 to 3,000 calories? How long do play and at what difficulty?
@deadly4some couple of other things I thought of. The milk thing, its really all dairy ever farted after eating a bunch of dairy? there is a reason it smells like that. If you like milk try soy ( I still eat yogurt and cheese but….) its a lot better for you. Also hes right I play Discgolf, which is a low impact sport. Walking and a little upper body workout. You just got to find some activity that you can get into that requires some sort of movement. I walk the shit outta my dog 2 that helps.
@deadly4some Milk is bad btw. But thats crazy you didnt lose anything drinking water. I lost a bit not much switching. Heres the kicker though when I saw what drinking pop does to an esophagus, I vowed to never drink it again look it up its pretty nasty. also I found just walking with a switch to water made me start losing fat (I lift to so I cant go to much on weight)but ive lost like 3 pant sizes pretty fast all i do is walk, swim, and lift because I hate cardio.
im gradually losing weight cos since i was 9 i played video games to much and i didnt exercise, im 13 now and its been almost a year since i stoped being a video game nerd i have lost a good deal of weight, on a scale of 1 to 10 i used to be 10 and now im 5
you have great tips to loss weight, but I had the problems with weight and the thing that helped me was the diet plan recommended from my friend..you can find it on burnthatfatnow.info 6 month ago I have lost all my extra pounds and have no problem in maintaining weight any more…try it definitely, also many useful information there ) kiss
im like average weight but im bigger from my hips up , and i like cut out all the junk food and was not eating that much also i went on the treadmill for like 30 min twice a day and still nothing :S

YEA RIGHT 250 lbs? You never weighed that much where is the pictture? You look like you never weighed over 100lbs. Four to five packs of sweet n low?
